At Materialhunt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and hardware purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Materialhunt account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned materials, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
